A BAPTISM IN SAN DOMENICO: MOM and DAUGHTER'S OUTFITS

OUTFIT FOR A BAPTISM

Qualche settimana fa siamo stati al Battesimo della piccola Carlotta, sorella del nostro amico Niccolò. Dopo la cerimonia, che si è tenuta nella meravigliosa Chiesa di San Domenico in Prato, si sono magicamente aperte le porte del Chiostro adiacente la Chiesa che, confesso, non avevo ancora avuto la fortuna di ammirare e che mi è apparso immediatamente un piccolo capolavoro. Il Chiostro risale all’epoca Rinascimentale ed è sorretto da magnifiche colonne ioniche che incorniciano un giardino curatissimo e fonte di pace e piacere per gli occhi. Tutto, poi, è stato in tono con il posto. Persone allegre, bambini divertiti grazie ad una “magica creatura” che li ha intrattenuti con bolle di sapone giganti, storie incredibili e tantissimi pennarelli colorati, un catering (ROSSELLA TOMADA CATERING) impeccabile e le fantastiche e dolcissime creazioni di Erika di CANDY TALES. Anche un gelataio munito di carretto ha fatto il suo ingresso ed i bambini hanno vivamente ringraziato. Una festa, insomma, davvero perfettamente organizzata e felicemente riuscita. Grazie Erika e grazie David. I nostri outfit erano un vero “mamma e figlia” grazie alla gonna CAFFELATTEACOLAZIONE by FIAMMISDAY in edizione limitata che hai già visto QUI e QUI. Fiammetta abbinata con il blu, io con il bianco. Eravamo eleganti, ma comode. Ecco qui la nostra “visione” di questa giornata baciata dal sole.

The cloister dates back to the Renaissance and is supported by Ionic columns that frame a magnificent landscaped garden and a source of peace and pleasure for the eyes. Everything, then, was in tune with the place. Happy people, kids which had fun thanks to a ” magical creature ” who entertained them with giant soap bubbles, amazing stories and lots of colored markers, a flawless catering (ROSSELLA TOMADA CATERING) and fantastic and sweety creations by Erika from CANDY TALES . Also an ice cream man with his truck has made ​​its entrance and the children have warmly thanked. In short, a really well-organized and happily made party. Thanks Erika and thanks David .
